- HHeleneNewcastle and Northumberland •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoGreeted and taken to our table upstairs. The restaurant even at 12:50 was very busy. Lovely cozy clean vibe busy with staff who were very attentive. We were shortly over to a better table by the window which was also a little larger. I had a voucher for my birthday. Don’t know how they knew, but they gave me a glass of champers which was so kind. We both went for the Sunday roasts, both cooked beautifully but unfortunately were on the tepid side (we like our gravy steaming) so it chilled the food a little. I also had a pear and almond pudding with extra hot (I asked) custard, Devine. We would definitely recommend this Bistro, prices were moderate also. Cant fault the service. Looking forward to going back.More infoThe Broad CharePrice: Expensive• British• Newcastle upon Tyne•4.8
- LLisaNewcastle and Northumberland •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 28, 2024As someone that has coeliac disease and needs a gluten free diet. I can't recommend this place enough. Very reassuring with allergies, we were asked numerous times if anyone had any. Food was excellent along with the drinks and service.
