It was amazing. We just landed & we’re scared we were gonna miss our reservation but we made it with good timing, got lost on the subway and the host was very understanding and still held our reservation. Drinks were 10/10, food was 8/10, ambiance was 10/10. Definitely stop by if you haven’t already! We came all the from Texas to try the girl dinner :)

Mary C was stellar with her service, interaction, and expertise making our afternoon tea experience at The Palm Court more memorable than we could have expected. She was quick to greet us when we sat down and was patient with us when taking our time to decide which tea service to choose. (We chose the Traditional). Yes, there were lots of people during the holiday season, but Mary C was patient and kind, taking time to explain all the yummy things to eat. She even boxed up the extra treats we could not finish. Well worth the time and expense for an invaluable afternoon with Mary C. She is as much an asset as Eloise and we hope the Plaza hangs a portrait of her on their wall as well.

The best calamari around. Also had baked clams for appetizer that were incredible. Dinner family insists on the bolognese and chicken saltimbucco. Our waiter Joe recommended one of the specials, a pasta with sausage and it was a 10! Great wine, great atmosphere and the service was great! Thanks Joe for handling our family of 10 with ease.
