Best Restaurants for Groups in Mid-City

Nice location, ask for the Sunset room and if possible near a window overlooking the beach, if at night don't bother, too dark in the winter. Excellent ambiance, started with eggplant dip and yummy poof pita/pizza dough bread, gem salad (dressing excellent). A vodka sauce on the pasta was excellent and the burrata pizza was very mild not too intense in flavor, but light and tasty. The evening ended with an affogato which was made perfectly, with a caramel at the bottom of the ice-cream, and the expresso! Good coffee, great meal, will return to try other items.

A very fun dining experience for the family- grandkids ages 6 and 9, perfect. Food pretty good too- feel that service was tip top.

Every time I go here we have the best experience. Bring my family, my friends, tell my neighbors. We have been going here forever, and never disappoints. Do yourself a favor and try it, you will love it.

We love Upper West. It’s always packed, the food is delicious and everyone is so friendly. This is definitely one of my favorite spots for dinner.
