We opened our first restaurant in Castlefield, Manchester in 2004 with a clear aim: To deliver quality food to local customers at a reasonable price in a sharp, modern space with friendly, unpretentious service. My sister and I went to Blacklock to celebrate early christmas. Sirloin was great and the sides were impeccable especially the chips. The cocktails were delicious too, I highly recommend Caribbean Whisper
