Had the most amazing experience there! Do not miss this place!

Great dining experience as always. The carnitas plate was delicious, but it did seem like a bit less meat than usual. The carne asada sliders on the happy hour menu are so good! We thought the salsa seemed a little different from before and we didn’t like it quite as much, although it was still very good. All in all, a very enjoyable meal. Thank you Borracha!

We had a beautiful dinner for our 35th anniversary, including mushroom bisque, cioppino, and osso bucco. As usual, everything was amazing. As we were sitting there, enjoying our meal, we thought about the birthdays and anniversaries we’ve celebrated over the years at Gaetano’s. It’s been open for over 22 years and we’ve been coming at least a few times a year for that entire time. I remember when Gaetano would come by our table and talk to us, he really cared about his customers. His family has continued the tradition of authentic Italian cuisine, great service, and beautiful ambience. It’s definitely my favorite restaurant in Vegas.

Server Michelle was excellent! My dining companion very much enjoyed the Hanukkah menu and lobster raviolis. My only change would have been the starter. The fondue was a soup, whereas I expected a fondue or artichoke dip. Could not taste the artichoke. I should have gotten the latkes and lox as well. A very tasty experience! We will be returning again. Please, continue seasonal/holiday menus.

Everything was wonderful. Our waitress suggested the miso sea bass with wild mushrooms. It was delicious and melted in my mouth! Everything was good and fresh.
