We had the swordfish and the Ahi Tuna, and both dishes were over the top in terms of flavor and presentation. The swordfish was perfectly cooked with a delicate, buttery texture, while the Tuna was an absolute standout – fresh, vibrant, and bursting with bold flavors. Every bite felt like a celebration in itself. The service was impeccable, with the staff making us feel genuinely celebrated. From thoughtful wine pairings to their attention to detail, they elevated the experience to another level. Gw Fins exceeded all expectations and made our milestone celebration unforgettable. We had a delicious meal. I tried the newest menu item, the stuffed jumbo shrimp. This is definitely one you don’t want to miss. The service was the best I’ve had in the city!! This is my favorite restaurant to visit and be treated like NOLA Royalty. Our server JC was outstanding! Looking forward to returning soon.

Amazing experience and delicious food! Everything looked delicious on the menu, but I settled for the filet mignon. I was not disappointed. We had the bottomless mimosas. The wait staff was very attentive and the jazz band played a personal selection at our table. Highly recommended!

This is our second time at Irene’s and it doesn’t disappoint! Excellent service every time. This time we were taken care of by the amazing Brandon. You can tell he enjoys his craft and dealing with people. His description of the culinary options was nothing short of artistic. He made great recommendations and gave us excellent service and a fun time!!! The food was excellent as always. I had one of the specials, a whole fried moon fish that was flaky and very tasty, without having to add anything, not even lemon. The ambience in this place is incredible with old fashioned tunes like Sinatra playing in the background at all times, at just the right volume! Enjoy!!!
