The Two Sawyers is a 16th Century Inn recently refurbished and under family ownership. We pride ourselves on serving excellent beer and food. A 17th Century former smugglers haunt-- this is a pretty little pub in a lovely marshland setting with tables and benches on the front terrace and in the back alongside the riverbank. Inside it's very easygoing and chatty. To the right is a cosy eating area with wheelback chairs-- ideal for a banquette with friends around a few long tables.

Starters and mains superb. Our waiter Rumain went above and beyond to make my husbands birthday special even singing happy birthday in Spanish to him. My daughter in law actually said it’s the best meal out she has ever had it was the clams in sofite rice ( very like paella). Thoroughly recommend.
