Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. Out of all fine dining I’ve done in the states this single experience at Mochomos blew it all out of the water with its service and attentiveness. Our server was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely professional, and the food was beautiful executed overall a perfect experience for our anniversary dinner, we will definitely return one day.
