It's always a real treat to come to Rapscallion, as it's my favourite restaurant in the city. The staff went above and beyond for my partner's birthday, and everyone was so warm and inviting. Your host at the door is always always my favourite person who's smiling face and attention to detail is second to absolutely NONE in the Hammer. I was gifted a copy of your recipe book that I've been coveting, because the food at Rap is beyond delicious - as both a French and Italian immigrant, the flavours truly remind me of home, and also appreciate the extensive mocktail and non-alcoholic beverage selections, as that's always a disappointing part missing from so many experiences dining out. I really love you guys. I keep coming back again and again throughout the years because you make the every day extraordinary, and there's none that compare to the quality of food and service, the atmosphere and beautiful vibes, anywhere in the Hamilton area. Food was great. Main Washroom was out of order and second washroom was dirty. Music was loud too.

Rust is always fantastic with amazing service. My wife had the Coq au Vin and it was incredible. I had the Duck a la Orange special. The dish overall was delicious. We go here often and will definitely be back.

We met a friend here for lunch today! The restaurant was bright and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The restaurant was very busy with lots of holiday visiting going on! Although it was really busy the servers were calm and efficient! My husband and I both ordered steak and parm frites! They were beautifully prepared as to our orders, delicious as well. Our guest had the Landing burger which she said was also delicious and perfectly prepared. A lovely dining experience!
