- PPaulAdelaide •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had a variety of all bar one entree plus a half a Peking duck to share. That was PLENTY of food for 2 hungry people. We sat at the Chef's Counter so we could see the kitchen in operation. It also gave us the opportunity to talk to the Head Chef, Victor who was SO friendly and knowledgeable. He guided us through our selections, showing us the finer points of the preparation and presentation. Victor showed genuine interest in his customers and we fully enjoyed our experience at his restaurant.More infoLee Ho FookPrice: Very Expensive• Chinese• Melbourne CBD•4.6

- MMeganVictoria •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoMy experience at EDELWYSS was outstanding. Impeccable service. I loved the comfortable booth seating. All the food was delicious. I was so full after starters and main course but just had to try the Toblerone mousse. Can't wait to go back.More infoEdelwyss Bistro & BarPrice: Moderate• Swiss• Melbourne CBD•4.6

- LLindaVictoria •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 20, 2024If you want a review of the steaks at Meat Maiden, scroll on. I didn’t order steak…which is perhaps akin to going to Red Rooster and not ordering chicken. I went for the miso cauliflower, perhaps not the first choice of most diners. But I made our reservation because I knew my mega-carnivorous husband would love it. And he did. So yes, the food was excellent. Go for the food. But waaaaaaaay better than the food were the staff. Unlike the current trend for waitstaff to make it obvious they’d rather be anywhere than taking your food order, MM staff all genuinely looked like they wanted to be there. They were joyful, engaging and had each other’s backs. They worked together like a well oiled machine and it was fun and heart warming to watch. I’d go back for the chips. For the crème caramel, for the cauliflower and the donut. My husband would go back for the burnt ends and the pork belly and scallops. But most of all, we’d go back for Nathan and the rest of the staff.More infoMeatmaidenPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Melbourne CBD•4.7
