Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. The drinks here are incredible and the food is SO good. The calamari is world class and the pastas are all incredibly complex and satiating. The hamburger is a must get. My only advice is to go with an appetite

We went for an early dinner for 2 and were seated immediately. The wine selection was excellent and our starter soup and guacamole dish were well portioned and served quickly. We both had different mole for dinner which were rich in flavor and the chicken was perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was also appreciated to have a quiet dinner without loud music or street noise to interrupt our meal. We truly enjoyed a great dinner!
