Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Warrenville

Had lunch for a friends birthday on their last day for lunch for the holiday season.Menu choices for lunch were plentiful. We all enjoyed our lunch. Very nice, offered a complimentary desert for the birthday friend.

Whenever I come home and visit from Palm Springs, CA, my go-to place is Hugo's Frog Bar. in downtown Naperville, IL. Today we had Trent as a Server, he was very informative, attentive and hospitable. The crispy fish sliders were excellent and I love that there were so many side choices. I went with the mixed fruit, again, fresh and a great mix. Here's what I like the best - it's the way the Servers play off each other. Water being poured, dishes being picked up, someone serving the meal, coffee refill, etc. They are all in sync. It's really nice to see and the restaurant side was not overly noisy, it was moderate. With my mother wearing hearing aides, it was nice to have a conversation with her and not yell across the table. Great job Hugo's! I'll be back in the spring.

Our chef Chris (brown Chris) was awesome! Food was delicious. We tried other places and nothing can compare. We did notice some changes. The automatic gratuity being added to our bill for 3 people is unnecessary and disappointing. .

Service was outstanding as usual. Recommendations were very thoughtful, especially the wine. Learned that the manager has been there 17 years working his way up. This really demonstrates the level of commitment by staff and ownership. The entire staff are engaging and work hard to make you feel at home. It’s an old building but extremely clean. Even the chairs are extremely uncomfortable. Suggestions: I really don’t have any.

We really enjoyed our dinner experience on Christmas Eve at Francesca’s. The place was packed but they managed it well. Our server Margeaux was attentive, positive and served us well. I had the Chilean sea bass special which was delicious! The sauce did not overpower the fish. Also had a Venetian G&T which had a surprisingly complex fresh flavor. Loved it! my husband had the prime filet special and it was tender and very flavorful. Overall this place has excellent food, service and ambience.
