Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Gilroy

As always the customer service is exceptional from ALL of the employees that we interact with and that adds to the experience and why we keep coming back to Sundance. The other reason is of course the food, (I.e. the prime rib, caprese, wine selection, esp. the 1/2 bottles {though we are sad to see that there aren’t any 1/2 bottle Zinfandel options any more}, crème brûlée, and dessert wine). We will keep coming back to Sundance, but only for special occasions due to price inflation.

Unbelievable, such a wonderful experience for us… we celebrated our son’s 19th birthday and Jeffrey was absolutely AMAZING - from the beginning to the end! We were so lucky to have Chef’s Table, enjoyed the atmosphere and the symphony that is Chef Peter and Chef de Cuisine Luis’ kitchen. Everything IMPECCABLE… THANK YOU! I recently dined at LB Steak, and overall, it was a delightful experience with a few minor hiccups. Ambience: The atmosphere was lively, filled with the sounds of laughter and conversation, which added a vibrant energy to the evening. The decor was charming, striking a nice balance between cozy and modern. It was definitely a place where you can enjoy a meal with friends or family. Service: The service was generally good, with our server being attentive and friendly. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, they managed to keep things flowing smoothly. There were a couple of moments where we had to wait a bit longer for our drinks, but given the packed house, I can understand the slight delays. Food: I ordered the steak, and while the flavors were fantastic, I found the meat to be a little overcooked for my liking. It was still enjoyable, but I would have preferred it a bit more tender. The sides and sauces, however, were spot on and complemented the dish well. Overall Experience: Despite the minor mishaps, I left LB Steak feeling satisfied and would definitely consider returning. The lively ambience and good service, combined with tasty food (even with a slight meat misstep), made for a pleasant evening. If you’re looking for a bustling spot with a fun vibe, LB Steak is worth a visit!

Had such a wonderful experience. The staff is very attentive and on point with knowledge of the food and wines. Brings out the courses perfectly as they reset between courses. Never had to ask for refills or needed to ask for anything. The ambiance is romantic and comfortable. We shared the lamb Rib-lets and salmon caviar belinis which were perfectly prepared and the portions were perfect so that we were not too full to enjoy our entrees. I had the Salmon and my wife had the filet. Again cooked and portions were perfect. Our server suggested the Sancerre paired with the my Salmon and the Faust Cabernet for my wife. Both were great wines that neither of us had enjoyed before. We will definitely return to dine again very soon.

It was our first time at Nobu, and we weren't sure what to expect. We were impressed by both the food, and the service. The food quality was amazing. Each dish they brought out was like a little piece of art. The flavors were varied, unique, and delicious. It was one of the most enjoyable meals I can remember. Every Nobu employee we encountered was very friendly and professional. Our server, Andy, did a great job of guiding us through the overwhelming choices on the menu. "Gonzo" Gonzales made sure our drinks were topped up, and dishes were cleared away at just the right moment, without interrupting our conversation. This is a high-end dining experience, and priced accordingly. If you love food, and want a truly amazing experience, give Nobu Palo Alto a try.
