Scalini Fedeli was opened by chef-owner Michael Cetrulo in 1995 and very quickly became New Jersey's highest rated Italian restaurant.     I recently celebrated my husband’s birthday at The Capital Grille, and I can’t say enough about our experience! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Thomas, was absolutely phenomenal. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel special throughout the evening. The food was exquisite—each dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed the surf and turf. Overall, The Capital Grille exceeded our expectations, making my husband’s birthday unforgettable. Thank you, Thomas, for your exceptional service! We’re already looking forward to celebrating again on Valentine’s Day!

    Food was exceptional, as was the service -- and with it being Christmas Day, we were lucky to find such a restaurant open. For many reasons, it was a very special occasion, and Blue MOrl was the perfect place for it. We'll be back!
