Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Short Pump

Our first experience dining at Chez Max the evening of January 5 was excellent in every way: ambiance, food, service…everything to celebrate our 50th anniversary, complete with a glass of “bubbly” after we were seated at the table closest to the fireplace on this extremely cold evening. We are looking forward to returning in the near future!

Fantastic authentic Italian meal! Party of 5 and everyone loved their meal. From the appetizers of the calamari, fried mozzarella and meatballs to the fresh green salads to the main entree of ravioli, chicken picatta, veal parmesan and seafood risotto. Everything was excellent!

Our choice to celebrate our daughters birthdays at Texas de Brazil was perfect! Our hostess was amazing! So attentive and helpful in navigating this new to us dining experience! My only suggestion is for the desserts to be included in the price for the dinner.

It had been a while since we dined at Maggiano’s Little Italy Restaurant in Short Pump, VA. I was able to quickly get a reservation on Open Table. We had an excellent server, Angela, who has been working there since 2003. We had an exceptional meal. We had the Italian meat balls appetizer, Caesar salad, Italian salad and both had chicken parmigiana. We have never had chicken so moist that we could cut it with a fork and the sauce was delicious!! We enjoyed a bottle of the Borrigiano, Super Tuscan. Highly recommend dining at this restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great time, the meat flowed freely, service was fantastic, ambiance was on point. My only negative was choices at the salad bar. Not sure if the choices rotate, but last night choices were not too appealing.
