When I opened my doors in July of 2009, I committed to serving the freshest Italian dishes made from local and seasonal ingredients. I learned early the heart of Italian cooking is the flavor…or sapore. My school of teaching was from the best; my Nonna Elena and Mother Lia. Their philosophy has been carried on in my style of cooking: use simple ingredients and the food will speak for its self. Classic Italian dishes grace the menu but are personalized with my unique touch. Quality and consistency is what you will find with each dish. I would never serve anything short of that.     We had another wonderful dinner at Twisted Tree (no surprise here - that’s why we keep coming back!). The Twisted Shrimp and the Pear Tree Onion Rings were a great star and the salad is always delicious. Our entres were so good, (Salmon, Halibut, Beef Medallions, but the KC Strip Dry Aged was phenomenal. DO NOT miss a piece of the Wedding Cake for dessert, just one piece was more than enough for the 4 of us. So much fun, a memorable evening.

    All the servers there are outstanding but Kathy shines! We love this place! The best steaks ever! You gotta get the ribeye. Medium rare only. Great place for special occasions or for just wanting a great meal. Make a reservation today!

    Had a fantastic time here. Husband and I celebrated our 15th anniversary. Got the star treatment. Got the chef’s tasting menu and loved everything they brought out. Big props to Ethan and John for the great care. Will definitely recommend this place and will be back again.
