The appetizers were fantastic. Nothing is pedestrian. They take everything and prepare it just a step above. The service was very spot on our waiter Romeo was very attentive and genuinely loved his job and was very good at it. The wine list was carefully put together with great Italian selections that paired fantastically with the menu . Thank goodness this restaurant is not too close to where I live. It was fantastic in all ways and we are already planning our return visit. Our wait staff was perfect with Joe leading the group. The lobster bisque was to die for and went over the top when we added a teaspoon of sherry to it. They need to put that sherry option on the menu for all to enjoy. We will be in Phoenix and Orlando in the coming months and plan to try those Ocean Prime locations when there. Our chef showed some impressive rhythmic/juggling skills, definitely above average! (Once we had a guy who just took S & P shakers and did a "clack-clack click" a couple of times!) The other group at the table were pretty disinterested, so he bypassed a couple of the old standards, but after the professional drum set (Drum and Bugle Corps Member?), he did an amazing job with everyone's food! made exactly as ordered, including a couple of special orders.
