Best Restaurants with Private Rooms in Sunset District

Have visited Dalida a few times and it’s been consistently amazing - from the food, to the wine/cocktail program, and the awesome staff! It’s a beautiful space too - and extra lovely on a sunny day! Thanks for the warm and inviting experience and delicious food!

Sociale is one of my favorite restaurants. I have not been there since before the pandemic. The ambience and service were great. However, the food was bland tasting. It was nicely presented but it needed more spices. In fact, I told the server the dish I ordered needed garlic. I will continue to go there and explore the menu because I am confident this one dish was not indicative of how all food is prepared.

The restaurant is very pretty, the staff all very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The tables are a little too close to each other and it’s a bit loud but we will definitely come again.

Our Christmas Day Brunch experience was fantastic. I have some food allergies so I had emailed The Post Room Team in advance and received a prompt, reassuring reply from the chef, Jose, who had clearly given my questions thoughtful and thorough consideration. On the day, I received personal service from Jose who was committed to avoiding issues with cross-contamination. All the food we ate was delicious and the dining room team could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. We were so well looked after, it was a faultless festive experience. We only went out for our Christmas meal this year because I had recent hand surgery and can’t cook much. However, our experience at The Post Room was so delightful, I am considering doing it again next year. Thank you to Jose and the whole team.
