Best Restaurants with Private Rooms in Riverwoods

As the last time, our experience at Saranello’s was exceptional. Starting with the decor, ambiance of the bar area, lighting, was very engaging. Our server Lisa was outstanding. She was always very pleasant, always attentive to our needs, showed great initiative. And went beyond our expectations when she suggested I used soda water for the pasta sauce that splattered on my shirt. She instantly brought me the soda water, without me requesting it. The calamari was one of the best we ever had, especially with the variety of peppers and sauce that comes with it. My girlfriend loved her Fettuccine Alfredo, and my Shrimp Diablo tasted soooo good. I’ve never had so much shrimp provided in any entree ever. The plate presentations of both were beautiful. The bread has no preservatives as it tasted great and was warm. Saranello’s is one of the best restaurants we’ve ever visited, in the north suburbs or anywhere for that matter. Please go!

Delicious meal. Food was excellent. Service was good. Ambiance was fine. The seats were booths and where we sat at was completely ripped leather and snagged my pants. This was awful. Fix your booths for $250 meal!

It was a lovely evening with my Husband and adult goddaughter. We picked a good restaurant to celebrate Christmas. We were seated immediately with a reservation at 5:00. Having the smaller menu for the Christmas Holiday was a very good idea. You still had many choices and we never felt rushed. We enjoyed a leisurely dinner, with a cocktail to start and a delicious dessert. It was a good choice and never felt like we were being rushed. Glad we chose Palm Court Restaurant for our Christmas Dinner.

We are frequent diners at Cooper’s Hawk, and not just the one in Wheeling. The food was great, the ambiance and noice were within reason. But what really stood out, beyond the food and wine, was the service. Above and beyond, management should be proud of their crew!

Given it was Christmas Eve, the staff did an amazing job upholding the top tier of service and food quality FLEMING’s is known. We had an outstanding evening.
