- VVictoriaNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWent to Opus for the first time tonight & We had such a phenomenal experience! Christian in valet was super quick & careful. Tim, the sommelier , was super friendly/ welcoming, helpful with getting our reservation & made us feel like we had been regulars! We also go to witness his skill with Identifying wines. Henry was our waiter and he was the best- super personable, and knowledge about the menu- offered great suggestions for wine pairing with the sushi special. Chef Jason even came out and we recognized each other from a different event- he went above & beyond. We had a 10/10 experience and can’t wait to go back. Thanks to the whole team at Opus!More infoOpus SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Jericho•4.7
- JJosephVIPNew York City •118 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe have been regulars over the years as far back as Jewel. Since Bijou and now Halston, Paul remains the top maitre d and Alicia & Kat our best servers. Now we have gone through a variety of chefs but the current one is hitting home runs. The sushi is always the best and we have never come and not ordered a roll, but beyond this, my wife was raving about her Chilean Sea Bass special last night. This is indeed a rarity and was a pleasant surprise. She also ordered the fish tacos as an appetizer and was by far the best we tasted. We always share a quinoa salad which is enough for 4 people but the taste is too complex to pass up. Now I for my main course had the brisket again and the plate is just chock full of savory goodies but bring your appetite for this one. Now as if that was not enough, we still found room for their scrumptious hot apple crisp desert and their version of banana cream pie. My wife who is a very harsh food critic is still raving about last night's dining experience. Like a fine wine, they just keep getting better with time. - SSandieVIPNew York City •91 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 26, 2024First, Julian is the best server ever! There was a wedding rehearsal dinner in the bar room, so the noise was much greater than normal. Only partially thru our dinner did the adjoining doors get closed. Lamb chops and prime rib were perfect. The sides of potatoes (both roasted and mashed) and asparagus must have been plated well before the main, as they were cool. They need dessert options that do not include ice cream. Even so, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.More infoVolpe Ristorante at Fox HollowPrice: Moderate• Italian• Woodbury•4.7

Our server Anthony was attentive, but gave us time to converse and enjoy our meal. Can’t wait to go back. Merry Christmas!!More infoMatteo's of HuntingtonPrice: Moderate• Italian• Huntington•4.4
