Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in McKinney

We went for date night and enjoyed the meal. Drinks were really yummy. Lobster Jar app was great. We also had the bacon & eggs app which was good… just very simple and what you’d expect for deviled eggs & bacon at home. (Nothing fancy or unique about it). My husband tried two diff bourbon drinks, the Colombian (which was okay) and the Rare Books Barrel Pick & he loved it. I had the Eye of the Tiger. It was yummy. The Chicken Paillard was fine. Nothing special. The real let down was the fact that they had a speakeasy attached that was the reason we had gone. We had no clue there was eating on that side. So we ate dinner with the expectation for drinks afterwards only to find out that the speakeasy side (Rare Books) was on a 30 min wait. We would’ve gladly ate on that side had we known. Or at least we would’ve been on the wait list while we finished our food. It was kind of a let down so we went ahead and left. It was an expensive meal, and even though it was decent food, I don’t think we’d return. Not for the amount it cost. We spent over $200 on our evening, we shared a plate, had two apps & 2 drinks each.

Thank you to Tristan for making a special night for my daughters and I just perfect. The service was attentive, paced perfectly, suggestions excellent. He's a professional. The manager was engaging with guests and the food was OUTSTANDING. Well done to Tristan and the team. You've made North Italia a favorite!

Wonderful time! We love Haywire. The food is always great and it’s perfect for celebrations. We had a last minute change to our reservation and they were able to accommodate it. Collin, our server, was the absolute best! Very personable. Got every order right and even handled a last minute order for a really late family member. 😊 We will definitely be back!

We had a great time celebrating our wedding anniversary and New Year at Al Biernat’s last night. We began our dinner with a toast to Al and enjoyed a dinner of Sea Bass and Filet Mignon. Everything was just wonderful. Jesus took great care of us and we look forward to coming back. Hint: Try the black peppercorn and the blue cheese toppings on your steak next time you are in. Our experience at Perry’s is always amazing and the server provided world class service to us. We had the upper cut ribeye with mashed potatoes and grilled veggies. The chef made our daughter some delicious angle hair pasta with chicken Alfredo sauce. We was celebrating my husband’s 50th Birthday. Of course I always enjoy the Martini flights and my husband had a Manhattan and our daughter had the raspberry soda made in house. We had the raspberry cheesecake and when I say it was delicious. The manager came by to see how everything was going for us. Thank you Perry’s for an amazing lunch.
