Husband and wife owners, Massimo Schiavon & Antoinette Borromeo, provide an extension of their home to guests.     I went to this restaurant for my 2nd anniversary with my fiance. We actually got engaged right next to this restaurant and it was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous location with tons of outdoor seating. The food is immaculate. The boathouse scallops are to die for and my Fiance won’t stop talking about the filet mignon. Seasonal drinks were incredible and our waitress was so nice! The man who seated us was also so so so thoughtful and kind! Highly recommend this place for any occasion!

    We were greeted, seated and then treated to a lovely dining experience. We started with a couple of the specialty cocktails-Romarin and Nouveau Basilic: their pour was generous as our drinks lasted through our meals. A bonus of a basket of bread was brought to our table, such a rarity! Baguette, sourdough and what seamed a seasonal bread with cranberry and walnuts with beurre---seemed such a treat! Our waiter was attentive and made well informed dinner suggestions after asking us our preferences and we enjoyed the beef bourguignon; duck a l'orange and roasted chicken. Parc has made our top 10 list of places to eat while in Philly!

    Great food and drinks! We enjoyed the meatballs, caesar salad and the pasta wheel and everything was incredible, including the atmosphere and SERVICE! I would highly recommend T54 for a special night out.
