Maybe we were lucky (because it was Christmas) but the staff we incredibly helpful and generally nice and there was one pianist and a great atmosphere. They just seemed to really care about creating a great experience - from bar staff, waiter (who was lovely and really funny), the manageress (??) who celebrated a birthday the same day and all the staff sang to her.
