Forno Bistro is my new favorite restaurant in Saratoga Springs , everything was excellent and the best Lasagna I have had in years . Service was great . Noise level was loud more due to a few large tables of diners enjoying their Christmas get togethers. I also expected the cocktails, for the price charged, to be a revelation and they just weren't. Not bad, just not attention-grabbing for all the right reasons. The food was good/very good but presentation was uninspired.
