Just as the dramatic vertical pale peaks of the Dolomites contrasts with the cosmopolitan marine landscapes of Bondi, our faith in traditional artisanal hand-crafting cooking contrasts with our creativity and innovation to produce delicately balanced healthy dishes. It’s our tradition in evolution, continuing our journey guided by fond memories of my mother’s Italian home cooking. They say there’s two sides to every story - so stay a while and hear ours. Chat Thai became an instant smash hit in 1989 when it opened its first restaurant with plenty of heat and authentic Thai dishes. We've since added restaurants in Circular Quay, Westfield Sydney, Neutral Bay, Chatswood and Galeries Victoria, and in 2015 we added organic, fresh produce from our farm in Byron Bay.
