We invite our community to participate in a time-honored tradition. Experience food as a daily pursuit, a connection to ingredients as they were meant to be.Pa’La is food with a sense of history, cooking in a way that is inherently approachable and human. The kitchen at Pa’La centers around a hand-built wood-burning oven and a Japanese Robata grill. In our cooking we use fire, smoke, coals, and embers to create dishes that reflect the seafood, grains, and vegetable-driven coastal cultures of the Mediterranean, Japan and South America. We are committed to strong relationships with a few select organic farmers and artisans practicing responsible agriculture and production.Because we source ingredients at their peak, our menu is continually changing. Each day we cook dishes determined by the best materials available.

Excellent patio table in view if the large fireplace and under the mature oaks. We had brunch with old friends we haven’t seen in a while and the staff let us linger a very long time. My dining partners had brunchy items and seemed to like them; I had a Waldorf salad that was fresh but just okay. I wouldn’t recommend it—-overpriced and very little food. Overall we are glad we went to El Chorro for the ambiance and the beautiful setting,

The people at the farm never fail to make dining there an experience. The food is delicious, the waitress was personable, efficient and all around very pleasant. The decor brings me to Paris in my mind and have eaten in several of their rooms, each slightly different and always fun. The food, mmmm, don’t lose that chef, he/she is a gem! Such a nice change from the same old food. I always order something I could, never make at home and never been disappointed yet. I highly recommend Arcadia Farms-so glad you finally do dinner.

My mother and I were treated like queens, not because we are important dignitaries, but because that is the business model of this establishment. We will return, without expectation, but with confidence that it will be another exceptional experience. The venison, oh my, and yes it should be paired with the Malbec. Pablo, Jo, Gilles, Manner, and the rest of the lovely ladies that so graciously greeted us: thank you.

Such a festive outdoor setting with wonderful food and drinks. We started with drinks at Sidecar and then moved over to the beer garden tables outside for dinner. It was great for our larger group of 7. We love the whole experience.
