- JJoEdinburgh/Midlothian •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI love this restaurant. It has a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. It feels bright, spacious and welcoming when you go in. The food is excellent. Today I had the Hoots Mon Benny, which was absolutely delicious. The best Eggs Benedict I've ever had. Prices are very reasonable. There was a good choice of gluten free options for my husband too. The only thing I would mention as a slight minus is that the restaurant has a "dog friendly" policy, which is becoming increasingly common in all sorts of places now. This doesn't take account of people with a fear of dogs, and those who simply think dogs don't belong in food establishments.More infoLoudons New WaverleyPrice: Moderate• Breakfast• Edinburgh•4.5
- HHaleyEdinburgh/Midlothian •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe did the Steak and Side for £19.50 menu on NY day. Waiter was attentive and everything was timely. Food was delicious, very nice steak, beautiful taste and cooked perfectly. Lovely selection of sides. Wine was expensive as expected .. Pudding was nice but steak and chips were definitely worth the visit. Have already recommended.More infoHawksmoor EdinburghPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Edinburgh•4.5

- MMatthewEdinburgh/Midlothian •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 28, 2024A beautiful festive treat. We felt like we’d walked into a Parisian bistro somewhere off Place de la Republic. All the food was awesome (my bourguignon with buttery mash was delicious) and the drinks (rum old fashioned, bottle of Corbiere) were perfect. Add in an attentive service, great ambience and a wedding party, wandering through to rapturous applause, and we had everything to make this a highly memorable and enjoyable lunchtime. Highly recommended. Magnifique!More infoCafé St HonoréPrice: Very Expensive• French• New Town•4.6
