- SSandraVIPTampa / Central Florida West •121 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoTripletail is hands down the best seafood restaurant in Sarasota. I should add that one of friends had the medallions of steak and was very pleased. The other three of us had the scallop special which had 8 scallops on delicious rice with a citrus sauce of some kind. Just delicious and we couldn’t eat it all and all three took a few home. We came to Tripletail last Christmas Eve and will come next year that’s how much we like it. We send out an extra thank you to Matt our wonderful server. We ask for him special.More infoTripletail Seafood & SpiritsPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Sarasota•4.8

I’m particularly fond of their half price happy hour. It’s pretty easy to have a delicious meal and a beer for $20. That’s hard to find these days. Today our server was Frank and he couldn’t have been more attentive. He let us take our time before before ordering, checked if we needed anything during the meal and then wrapped up leftovers for us. If you haven’t gone already, treat yourself to lunch at Connor’s and I think you’ll be happy.More infoConnors Steak & Seafood - SarasotaPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Siesta Key•4.8
- RRachelTampa / Central Florida West •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoGreeted and sat quickly, server was personable and attentive, especially to the little ones we brought with us. It was a busy day and a little noisy, but when the private party room guests left, it returned to the normal ambiance that we’re used to at Libby’s. Overall, a great day!More infoLibby's - SarasotaPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Sarasota•4.7
- PPaulaSouthwest Florida •11 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 14, 2024This restaurant is a gift to Sarasota! This chef has a beautiful way of creating delicious food. The layers of flavor do not disappoint! In fact as we were leaving, we were picking out the offerings on the menu that we would like to try on our next date here. Start with the Japanese milk bread- perfection . Definitely try the gnocchi- it’s a must! They are creamy and delicate with a sauce that is addictive. Garnished with pretty edible flowers and toasted happy breadcrumbs! Yum! We tried the rigatoni Amatriccana - awesome! The pork blade very good as well. End with the Japanese cheesecake- not your average. It’s like if cheesecake and crème brûlée had a baby! We normally get the duck, which is fantastic. There are fun new things to explore.More infoAdeline - SarasotaPrice: Expensive• American• Sarasota•4.9
- DFDianeFVIPTampa / Central Florida West •15 reviews5.0Dined on May 5, 2024We ordered oysters which were good tasting but had to navigate around the pieces of shell and rock salt in them. The clam chowder was excellent. We had 4 in our party and 2 ordered the grouper, 1 ordered the hogfish and the other ordered the mahi mahi. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency develop and were only 1/2 way through our meal. What we had tasted was good. I cannot say enough about the staff and patrons who rushed to our aid and called 911 for us. They are surely to be commended and we thank them for their assistance. We would love to come back and give this restaurant another try someday when we return to Siesta Key.More infoCaptain Curt's Crab & Oyster Bar Inc.Price: Moderate• Seafood• Sarasota•4.3
