- OOliverEssex •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoHarvey, our waiter was very attentive and showed an interest in the menu choices too making the selection process much easier for all. The setting of the restaurant is fabulous and overall it was such a pleasant lunch. I will be coming back again soon maybe even before Xmas if I can get in. Thanks again.More infoScott's RichmondPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Richmond•4.7
- CCatherinevipLondon •47 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe went for lunch for our wedding anniversary, as it is our favourite restaurant, and decided to have the tasting menu. The meal began with a complimentary, delicious butternut soup. Every course was beautiful - beautifully cooked and presented and the amount of food was very well judged. The wine pairings were very well matched and, when I said I didn't like chardonnay, another wine was willingly chosen. Service was friendly, but professional and we weren't rushed at all.More infoThe French TablePrice: Very Expensive• Modern European• Surbiton•4.9

- AAnnieLondon •3 reviews4.0Dined on Oct 31, 2024I love this place. Food good, mostly. But this time the dessert was not quite as hoped with a great deal of ersatz chocolate sauce on profiteroles that were supposed to be caramel, which was disappointing, but the burger and fish finger sandwich were excellent. The service was slow because of a very loud large group next to us who took priority. But we weren’t in a rush luckily. I’m looking forward to the lobster roll being back on as indicated on the website menu, but I always seem to go when it’s not ‘in season’ I am told.More infoMarney's Village InnPrice: Moderate• British• Esher•4.7
