The Scott family has always been extremely involved in the local community, including local government. The restaurant is named after John-Thomas' 12 year old daughter, Parker.     Even though we had to wait about 15 minutes for our reserved table for 10, the service and the food was great! Our servers and manager were attentive without being intrusive. We enjoyed a lovely family time brunch, with laughter, warm memories and good food. We will certainly come back. Kayla was our main server. She and her support staff did an excellent job of taking care of our large group.

    Parker’s on Ponce delivers a solid dining experience with a few standout moments. The mocktails were decent, but im sure they can build upon the options easily. However, the risotto was a highlight—perfectly creamy and cooked to perfection. The steak was also great, tender and flavorful. The calamari, seasoned just right, was a treat, while the Brussels sprouts were spot-on with a crispy texture and a touch of caramel drizzle that added a sweet, savory contrast. An amazing meal!
