Best Lunch Restaurants in King

My wife and I enjoyed our brunch at Bellpine. We were seated promptly, but we also had a reservation. The table settings were on point as well as the service. The dishes that we ordered were very tasty albeit moderate in portion size by today's serving size standards, which was appreciated. The pricing is higher than other area restaurants, but we felt like the whole dining experience was factored into the overall cost which we believe is worth it. This is definitely a once in a while or a special occasion type of dining.

Stayed at Hotel de Luxe overnight and was told that the in-house restaurant Gracie's was great for Sunday brunch. I was in Portland for the weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday and thought that it would be great place to have a birthday brunch. We made reservations for 8:15 in the morning and were surprised to find that we were the only ones in the restaurant at that time. Our waitress provided excellent service and the food we had was really good. I would definitely recommend having brunch here whether or not you are a hotel guest.

We arrived early for our reservation and they were able to get us a table with little to no wait time even though it was very busy.

We used to go to Lucca often until we moved to Beaverton now it's more difficult to get there. We have great memories of the food and service and those still are very much a part of the experience. The service was top notch--friendly, helpful, and going beyond what was expected. The wine list seems smaller and less interesting. The cocktails were more interesting. The food was quite good but not outstanding. We enjoyed returning and will almost certainly go back again.

Amazing experience as usual. Unfortunately, they’ve added on a health surcharge and included gratuity plus increased pricing. Their system double charges customers for this by basically “double-taxing” the total after gratuity/health fees and not on the actual core base amount. It’s frustrating to see restaurants take this trend under the guise of “we can’t afford to pay for healthcare for our employees” but equally then not correctly implement this taxing system. It makes the conversation with servers awkward because the service staff is fabulous!
