Best Lunch Restaurants in Peoria

Had wonderful lunch with reservation and seated promtly. Had truly great attentive service by Sydney H. Had yellowtail appetizer which had incredible flavor that complemented the fish but not over powering. Sister had kale salad with added Salmon and she kept raving about it. I had Kale salad and it was good but needed a dash of salt and more lemon. First time at this new location and it is welcoming and has a good modern vibe. We will be back.

Lon’s is in a beautiful setting. There is a wonderful patio for outside dining and inside is lovely with separation between tables to give your party privacy. We liked that there was no loud music so we could visit with everyone in our group. Our server was professional, helpful and friendly.

The food was outstanding! So tasty. The price was quite reasonable compared to many other brunch spots in the area. We'll be back!

Man. Great restaurant experience. Our server was Dawn(hope I spelled that right). It was clear from the very beginning that she was experienced and was going to take great care of us. That’s exactly what happened. I honestly didn’t have the highest expectations before coming to this spot. But if their servers are even half as good as dawn was then it’s worth it every time. Bill was 195 and I was only able to tip 25 because that’s all I had lol but I absolutely would’ve doubled that if I could’ve. Will be back for sure

The food was mostly excellent. I had the special and would go back again and again for the tenderloin in Molet sauce, mashed potatoes and veggies. Hoping they keep it on the menu! Scallops and the beef tip tacos were a hit with 2 in our group. Only thing that wasn’t as good was the chicken on a salad my brother ordered. He said the salad was delicious but the chicken had no flavor and it looked like it hadn’t been Mesquite grilled as worded in menu. So not sure what happened there. This restaurant is one of our favorites to bring our guests that come from all over US and will continue to be. We have had excellent meals many times over and love the atmosphere. Hostesses (thank you for the table we requested) are wonderful as well as all the wait staff. Would highly recommend!
