- LLizaVIPCincinnati / Dayton •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe loved Cap City when we lived in Columbus, and we are happy to see it come to Cincy. The service is exceptional. We made two separate online reservations for a large party, and the manager and hostess went out of their way to combine our reservations into one large table. The wait staff was patient and helpful. The kitchen is super accommodating for food allergies and preferences, including a separate gluten free menu with lots of options. We had a party of 11 with some apps, some alcohol, and some desserts with our meals and still left with a bill under $500, including gratuity.More infoCap City Fine Diner & Bar - CincinnatiPrice: Moderate• American• Cincinnati•4.8

Our table of 4 had the following appetizers: ahi tuna, the octopus, and the goat cheese bread. All were delicious!! Our entire consisted of the short rib ravioli the mushroom pasta, the pork, and the white Truffle pasta. Again...all delicious. For dessert, we had the gellato and the doughnuts...Again these were fabulous.More infoSottoPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Central Business District•4.9

We would love to have her as our server anywhere. One down-note, which has nothing to do with the excellent dining experience, is that P&D no longer accepts the InKind payment App; so if you loaded a significant amount of $ on that app, in part because you loved P&D, you will need to use it elsewhere.More infoPepp & DoloresPrice: Moderate• Italian• Over the Rhine•4.9

This was our first time at the new location on 5th & Vine. All the 1920’s ambiance you expect from one of his locations and the excellent food & service made for a great experience. Our one complaint was that it was very noisy - much more so than the other locations. We sat in the big open room but will look into how to book a table in one of the smaller rooms like The Gatsby as it might be quieter in there. Otherwise, GREAT!More infoJeff Ruby's Steakhouse - CincinnatiPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Central Business District•4.9

If you're an oyster fan you should definitely try theirs-you won't find any better. I'm a real fan of their chicken dish -with risotto and carrot. I keep coming back to ordering it because it's perfect! If you're uncertain what wine to choose with your dinner-let the staff help with a good pairing-I enjoyed what our server suggested and it's a good way to try something new. Boca is a real gem of a restaurant and Cincinnati is lucky to have it.More infoBOCAPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary European• Central Business District•4.9
