- KKathrynVIPTampa / Central Florida West •21 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoElegant restaurant but needs a little attention in a few places. if you are seated to face the wall it's incredibly boring. No art or mirrors. And there was no music, which always creates a nice backdrop.More infoApex at Montage Deer ValleyPrice: Very Expensive• American• Park City•4.5
- JJamesBaltimore / Maryland •11 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had lunch and it was amazing. Sofia was our server and she was absolutely amazing. I had the trout and it was delicious and only wish that I would have saved room for dessert. My colleague had a delicious salad and we shared a pretzel to start. I highly recommend this amazing restaurant.More infoGoldener HirschPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Park City•4.4

- JJenniferNorthwest Florida •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 27, 2024I was a little apprehensive going here because other reviews seemed to be hit or miss, but I’m so glad I gave The Hub a shot— I will absolutely be returning on future visits to the Heber area! We made a reservation and arrived at what appeared to be peak dinner hour. However, we were seated quickly and provided waters and menus. It took the server a little bit to get to us, but he did stop by to acknowledge our wait and let us know he’d be right with us. It was probably 10 minutes before he came to take our orders, but he was slammed and working hard. We ordered the Bavarian Pretzel appetizer, which was perfect for 4 adults to share. Each of us got different sandwiches— the Reuben, the Triple Grilled Cheese, and Hatch Green Chili sandwiches. Each was absolutely delicious and more than ample on portion size— only one of us was actually able to finish their entree. The sandwiches comes with your choice of French fries or sweet potato fries, or you can substitute for a small House or Caesar salad. The fries all come with fry sauce and are perfectly cooked and seasoned. The small salad I got was fresh and generously took up half my plate. Throughout dinner, there was one staff member dedicated to keeping our water glasses filled and we found the service to be very attentive. The food was great quality, not unreasonably priced, and delicious. The restaurant is clean and has been beautifully remodeled. I highly recommend The Hub, especially because you can make a reservation during peak ski/holiday season. It’s a win!More infoThe HubPrice: Moderate• American• Heber City•4.8
