- GGaryVIPSeattle / Eastern Washington •23 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoPalisade is our go-to place for special occasions for our family and friends. Our besties just happen to have been married on Valentine’s Day so of course we came here for their Valentine’s Day special. The service was outstanding as always…our server treated us like old friends, and every employee we ran into acknowledged us. The food was excellent as always; started out with calamari as we usually do, which is as good as anywhere. The filet(s) were cooked perfectly, the slab of prime rib was enough for two people. The prawns were tasty but just a little tough and hard to get the tail off, but that’s the only criticism I can make of the whole meal. Everything was served hot, it was evident that nothing sat around before being delivered to our table. We’re already planning our next visit.More infoPalisadePrice: Moderate• Seafood• Magnolia•4.4
- KKristinVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAmazing experience! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was divine. Homey and elegant at the same time. The owners were so friendly and on Valentine’s Day, the restaurant experience was very well orchestrated for all. They had a special menu which included great choices for first course, second course and dessert. I had rigatoni with pesto and prawns, my husband had the asparagus risotto with lemon and orange zest. The dessert was scrumptious. I had the Panna Cotta which might be the best dessert I’ve ever tasted. It had a strawberry purée and lemon and orange extract with vanilla. So smooth and delicious! Thank you for a wonderful time. We will definitely be back for more.More infoMondello Ristorante ItalianoPrice: Moderate• Italian• Magnolia•4.6

I felt at times I was in the 50’s with the decor and music which was fun! They even had real candles! We will definitely be returning!More infoThe Pink DoorPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Belltown / Pike Place Market•4.8
- DDonnaSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoI had family here from California, and we arranged to meet at this restaurant, which I had been to once previously. I remembered that it was good, and also that it was near Seattle Center, and I had a hunch these two would want to poke around over there once our meal was done, so it was a perfect location. The service was warm and friendly, but never intrusive, and the food was divine. I ordered the "sweet stuff" French toast with caramel and strawberries; nobody else makes it like this, and it was mouthwatering! I also ordered (to go) some "soft scramble" eggs with asparagus and Dungeness crab. It's so hard to get real, fresh crab anymore, what with the overfishing, but my eggs had actual leg segments of crab in them, a perfect ratio of filling to egg. The eggs came with their amazing potatoes, and my husband and I had that dish, along with a small amount of leftovers from my French Toast, for dinner that night. This may be my favorite Seattle restaurant right now! The cherry on the sundae, so to speak, was that when we were finished, we sat and chatted and nobody seemed anxious to kick us out of our booth. Oh hell yes.More infoToulouse Petit Kitchen & LoungePrice: Moderate• American• Queen Anne•4.7
