- SSteveVIPCentral Kentucky •65 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoLeRelais is absolutely delightful. We recently returned from France where my girlfriend had roasted duck for dinner in a small village we stayed at. She said it was perfect & will most likely not be able to find such a perfectly cooked dish here in the states. Last night at LeRelais she did. I’m more vegetarian so I had the vegetarian linguini. It was perfectly seasoned. Noise level is high & activity of the staff is busy but the service is very good.More infoLe RelaisPrice: Expensive• French• Highlands - Bardstown Rd / Taylorsville Rd•4.8

Our dining area was a very attractive bricked wall space , that had a cozy feel, while being fairly open. Our attentive server Dee was friendly and kept us informed about our cocktail order and food order. All three of us enjoyed our breakfast meals although you can have lunch too. We would highly recommend The Cafe for breakfast, brunch or lunch!More infoThe Café Southern Kitchen & CocktailsPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown Louisville•4.3

Had a nice Christmas lunch with a girlfriend. Cocktails and the shrimp salad were light and refreshing. Warmed up with the lentil soup. We were in a small room with a groups of ladies having a birthday lunch. So it was loud, but that’s to be expected. Lovely afternoon.More info211 Clover Lane RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• St Matthews•4.8

They serve it warm with butter. I had the shrimp and halibut cheeks with polenta. Michael had the steak with crab. His meal came with a macaroni cake which was delicious. Michael’s steak was cooked perfectly and my meal was wonderful. Reasonable priced for an upscale restaurant! After our dinner we sat at the bar and had an after dinner drink!More infoRiver House Restaurant & Raw BarPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown Louisville•4.7

We showed up for brunch and didn't realize it was not offered on weekdays. She read my disappointment and went above a beyond to ensure I was going to love the experience anyway :). BOY am I glad we stayed. She recommended the French Onion Soup and it was probably the best thing we've had in a long time! Delicious!!! We'll be back, and often! Go see them...Le Moo is awesome!!More infoLe MooPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Highlands - Bardstown Rd / Taylorsville Rd•4.6
