Taki Omakase is Delray Beach’s premier Japanese Omakase restaurant. We offer a curated 18-course chef’s choice menu - including traditional Japanese nigiri and cutting-edge, innovative seafood & wagyu dishes. We have 3 nightly seatings Friday & Saturday at 5:00, 7:00, & 9:00 pm. Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday we offer 2 seatings at 6:00 & 8:00 pm. Lunch seating available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday's at 12:30 pm. I understand Dinner Omakase is $170 per person + tax & gratuity. Lunch Omakase is $90 per person + tax & gratuity. A deposit of half the Omakase ($85 at dinner $45 at lunch) is required to book and will be applied toward the bill. ***Any changes or cancellations occur WITHIN the 24 hour period of your reservation day and time will forfeit your deposit/refund. ***All guests must consume raw fish. Absolutely loved Elisabetta’s!!! We had a hard time deciding which appetizer and entree to order, everything looked so delicious. Our server helped us pick out our choices and they were fantastic. The pasta so fresh left no doubt it is freshly made for each dish. The cocktails were also a hit as well as a bottle of Chianti. Wish we had left room for dessert… however that gives us a great excuse to return for another dinner experience. Both servers & hostesses are friendly and accommodating. The ambience is perfect both upstairs & downstairs.

This sleeper seems to offer a pretty authentic Omakase experience, with their fish sourced from Tokyo four times a week. Several courses, each very small, are tasty and varied. The pacing is a bit manic, detracting somewhat from the overall experience as the evening goes on. But, overall, pretty terrific.
