Food was excellent. Only disappointment was where we were seated and the infrequent serving of our table. When I made the reservation on open table, there was a prompt for what you were celebrating, if anything. There was an option to say you were on a date. So I clicked that, because we were! Reservation was for 5 pm-very early and the restaurant was very quiet. Even though I had selected the "date celebration", we were seated next to the only table with children. The table was very close to ours. I would have expected a quieter table. The service was also very infrequent. The other party arrived before me and when I showed up, it was over 15 minutes wait just to get a drink. We weren't checked in on during the meal. All that said, I would return for the amazing food.

KOST is one of my favourite brunch spots in the city, especially when the patio is open to enjoy the views. Today’s service was very good and the food was excellent. The eggs benedict with smoked salmon was delicious.
