Best Lunch Restaurants in Birmingham

We dined at Little Betty last night for the first time. We have been to almost all of the fine dining restaurants in Birmingham. This meal was by far one of my favorites! Our waiter, Matt, was awesome. Very polite, knowledgeable and had great recommendations for us. The burrata was great, the cod was fantastic, and the brussels were out of this world! I had the cod entree and it was fabulous, but my favorite had to be the steak my husband got. It was the Limone steak with lemon relish on top- AWESOME! We will certainly be back soon.

Everything we ordered was excellent. The waitress could have been more attentive but she seemed to be very busy - lots of tables and only her.

If you want an elegant meal with great food and service, try this place out! It was fantastic from the time we valet parked until we departed. We had a party of 3. The fillet was coked perfect, and the shrimp and grits were really good. Definitely a place to dine for special occasions.

Daniel George is always excellent, and this time was no exception. Friendly greeting and service, accompanied with scrumptous entrees and sides. Prepared beverages were pretty darn good, too. You could just tell everyone in the restaurant was having a great time, enjoying the meal, and glad they came. I'm guessing they'll all be back. I know we will!

We had not eaten here is awhile and we certainly enjoyed our meal and drinks at the bar. Cocktails were prepared expertly and the appetizers were delicious: Baked oysters and fried green tomatoes with remoulade sauce were excellent. The shrimp and grits with a white wine sauce and cherry tomatoes was a great choice and the fried oyster plate was perfectly prepared. The blueberry cobbler was good as well. We decided to make plans to eat here more often!
