Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in West Loop

I am visiting Chicago for a few weeks, and I have eaten at your restaurant twice.Each time I was privileged to encounter Manager Michael, and Jaafar. During these visits to the restaurant, they were both perfect representations of the RL brand! Each time they were both super attentive to me, as well as all of the RL guest. During my visits, I witnessed each of them resolve issues and exceed the expectations of each guest. Their efforts expressed concern and gratitude to each diner. On several occasions I witnessed each of them handle potential issues with grace, resolving issues and putting out the fire before it had a chance to flare up. The experienced left me felling welcomed and gave me the impression that I was important to the restaurant and brand. Often time African American customers are disregarded or spoke down to by restaurant staff. During my visit each of them witnessed this mistreatment by customers or other staff and immediately did their part to correct the wrong and to ensure I had an excellent experience….and that I did! They both did their part to ensure that I had wonderful time. Each time I visited,I left with a smile on my face. It’s my belief that God gives some people the gift of kindness and generosity and I believe both of them have that gift and I would like to humbly thank them for being considerate, kind and generous, and for making my experience wonderful! Life is short and kindness is important and I believe in my heart that they both understand that, and know how to treat others. RL, Thank you for having them both on your staff and for allowing them to bless others with their presence! Meeting them was the highlight of my visit to CHICAGO.

My wife and I celebrated her her milestone birthday. We were greeted upon entering the building with enthusiastic staff that assisted us with taking our photo that we intend on using for our Xmas cards. I had the full Irish breakfast and didn’t leave a morsel on the plate. I recommend this place for anyone interested in Irish cuisine. My only complaint is that they didn’t have Barry’s Irish tea to accompany my wife’s birthday cake.

The food, bevs and service were excellent! Lovely decor and overall ambiance; however, for a strangely long time, a woman was apparently wailing inconsolably downstairs. This was a bit disturbing and disruptive. Really odd.

Great tasting food, monday wine specails from Lebanon were exceptional and outstanding service.

Pizza was fantastic! Service was exceptional. Wonderful space. Highly recommended and can’t wait to go back.
