Our family has been visiting Clockwork every year as a holiday tradition. And we very much look forward to it each year. The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive. And the Clockwork team is always accommodating to our needs and requests. Thank you Clockwork Team for making our holiday a memorable one.

Great experience the food came a little slow but that’s what you expect at a luxury food spot, I came for a birthday the servers made it amazing Great service all around definitely would come back even with the steep bill 😂that was at my table after eating

The food is absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend visiting this location specifically —you’ll enjoy incredible food, excellent wine, and top-notch service. I originally had a reservation at the Adelaide location, but the experience with the hostess there was AWFUL so AVOID IT. We arrived earlier (30 min) than our reservation due to a snowstorm, and I asked if we could be seated. The hostess was terrible—she seemed stressed and wouldn’t even make eye contact when speaking to me. She rudely asked us to move aside while she finished something else, which I could overlook. But eventually, she came back and told us they were at capacity and suggested we “just cancel”. She didn’t offer for us to wait at the bar, or say something like “let me see what I can do,” or even politely explain that we could only be seated at our reserved time. Instead, she asked us to leave in a tone that was completely unnecessary. I’m so glad I decided to switch to the location on Queen instead!

The food the service the atmosphere was outstanding. Mitch, our server went above and beyond was so friendly. Help suggest great food items. Will definitely come back again
