Fabulous food. The owner was moving about the tables and talking to guests, giving our work group a bit of fun and jest. The food was lovely and felt authentic. I will absolutely be back.

Brilliant experience at Lore of the Land. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were kindly offered a table whilst we had our drinks before going up to dinner. The meal was excellent, we enjoyed the Cod, Trout and Burrata to start (a word of warning on the size of the cod would be helpful in the future), then shared a ribeye and sirloin steak between four for main course which was cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. Finishing off with Sticky Toffee pudding, Cinnamon Rice Pudding and The Lore Donut, all were delicious. We were very well looked after and attended to throughout the meal, a personal enjoyment is the open kitchen and seeing the food be prepared. Definitely worth a re-visit.

Our family group of five had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The three courses were timely and tasty. Must say the hamburger is comparatively overpriced at £18.95.... Otherwise than that,everyone enjoyed the surprise evening for my wife.

Absolutely fantastic experience for 2 Twits loving kids - and their mums. The artwork and attention to detail was fantastic and the tea room set up was so pretty. Food was fun and delicious - The Twits would have been proud. Service was great and the staff were so lovely and accommodating with nothing being too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend.

Dining at Kitchen India was an absolute delight from start to finish. To begin, I was served a plate of mini pappadoms accompanied by a variety of three flavorful dips. Each dip was unique and bursting with flavor, setting the tone for the meal ahead. For the appetizers, I ordered the Tandoori Chicken, and it was nothing short of perfection. The chicken was tender, juicy, and marinated to perfection with just the right balance of spices. Next, I tried the Chilli Chicken, which delivered an authentic and bold taste. It was a bit on the spicier side, making it an excellent choice for spice lovers. However, if you prefer milder flavors, you might want to skip this dish. But for those who enjoy a kick of spice, it's a must-try! Moving on to the main course, I ordered the Chicken Biryani, and it was phenomenal. The fragrant rice was infused with a medley of spices, and the chicken was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. To complement the biryani, I tried the Cheese Garlic Naan, which was an absolute highlight. The naan was served both crispy and soft, as per my preference, showcasing their ability to customize dishes to the customer's liking. The exceptional customer service at Kitchen India enhanced the entire experience. The waitress were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, even recommending a dessert to complete my meal. Based on their suggestion, I tried the Kulfi, a traditional Indian dessert, and it was a perfect 10/10. Creamy, rich, and full of authentic flavors, it was the ideal way to end the meal.
