Spectacular meal with incredible service. I was a bit disappointed by the dessert selection, but I'm a pastry chef with high standards and an Italian background. Very beautiful environment and the staff treated us well at every interaction. Will absolutely return here.

Hands down best food we’ve eaten in Seattle. Pork belly, mackerel, fried mushrooms, and the “smooth” cocktail. All to die for. Also, Vela was a delightful server!!

The Chilean Seabass and hamachi crudo are 10/10 , the cocktails are great, and service is always excellent. The desserts are the only thing that could use some work- I have tried them all and they are in the 5/6 out of 10 range for me.
