The signature cast iron grill and the Josper grill, which was imported from Spain where Josper has mastered the art of cooking with coal and wood. We exclusively use Ebony Black Angus across our menu which is produced from carefully selected prime quality Black Angus cattle. Along with our decadent menu of fine selections, we also have a range of starters that are perfect to share, fresh pastas, pizzas and a range of classic meals. If you are looking for proper Italian pizza this is the place to get it. Wood fired sour dough, I like a bit of heat so I recommend Gigi pizza for those who like chilli.

I was so impressed. We booked a table for my husbands birthday for the extended family. The manager came out and made sure we were happy and was just so wonderful with the kids, came and brought them extra tokens for the games and even some temporary tattoos. When we said it was my husbands birthday she came with his dessert topped with a lit candle and stayed to sing happy birthday then offered to take a photo of us all together. What a service!!!

First time at Berkelo, I had heard that their pasta was excellent and it didnt disappoint. My Sardinian ravioli with mussels was wonderful as was my companions tagliatelle, rich, creamy and delicious. The wine list has some nice italian varietals including a soave and fiano, good to see, and the bread was amazing. Service was excellent and nice to see this small dining room full of happy diners. Well done.

Lovely atmosphere and food, staff were attentive, helpful, polite and friendly. Desserts were rather overpriced compared to the rest of the menu. Overall, highly recommend and will definitely be returning. 😍
