- JJaneOxford/Oxfordshire •11 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe most beautiful restaurant especially in a window seat overlooking the river. The service is spot on- attentive but not at all intrusive eg when our water ran out it was quickly and quietly replaced before we’d even noticed. We were not hurried along and they didn’t rush to give us our bill. And the food is simply lovely; very attractively presented, very tasty and I just wish I could have eaten more. - PPeterOxford/Oxfordshire •75 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoA truly delicious Christmas lunch. Perfect portion sizes presented beautifully. So so tasty. The White Hart has excellent caring staff that work so well as a team and made us feel very welcome. We don’t know where you’d find a better experience.More infoThe White Hart at FyfieldPrice: Expensive• British• Fyfield•4.7
- EElizabethNorthampton/Northamptonshire •1 review4.0Dined 2 days agoThe setting is gorgeous. So beautiful and well put together. The service was excellent. The food was a little underwhelming given its reputation. The toast was so overdone as to be nearly inedible which meant my dish was essentially a ball of cheese with some avacado. That said the flavours were lovely.More infoGeesPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Oxford•4.5
- AAnonBedfordshire •25 reviews5.0Dined on Jun 21, 2024The food was amazing; we all had different dishes (mains and desserts) and were very impressed with the taste, quality of ingredients and the presentation. We got complimentary bread and butter at the start, which was a nice touch. The venue has character and is a charming old building. Our server was brilliant, especially considering her very young age - she was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the menu. The village of Buckland is beautiful - we went for a walk after lunch. I would highly recommend making a visit here.More infoThe Lamb at BucklandPrice: Expensive• British• Buckland Marsh•4.4
