Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire.     Wonderful. Party of seven, placed in wonderful private wine room. Dee Dee was our server and was perfect with wine and dinner selections. Everything was top notch. Meatball appetizers, then the mussels. Dinner entrees included Lobster Manicotti, pasta bolognese, both wonderful. Super Tuscan wine perfect to pair. Dessert was both Tiramisu, and a wonderful Caramel cake. Another great evening with our good friends.

    I went for the Thanksgiving Buffet, we experience great service from our arrival with the valet attendant Felipe very helpfull and very pleasant. We had 2 people with food allergies in our party and the chef Keisha came out and walked the Buffet with us to let us know what we needed to avoid and then checked in on us later to make sure we had enjoyed our meal and didn't have any issues. The wait staff was very attentive and professional. We will definitely be back to check out the regular restaurant and for Thanksgiving next year.
