- MMaryDetroit / Eastern Michigan •5 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a wonderful dinner at Selden Standard. Ahsley our waitress was very attentive as were the servers who brought out each dish. Explaining what each one was and confirming that there was none of the allergy items I had mention. The food was delicious and I loved the small plates so that we could try everything. Will definitley be back.More infoSelden StandardPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Detroit•4.8

- RRobertVIPDetroit / Eastern Michigan •16 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoWe arrived on time for our 7:30 pm reservation and were told there was a 15 minute wait. After repeatedly checking, we were finally seated at 8:30. For much of the waiting time we had to stand in the crowded lobby of the Shinola Hotel. That said, however, the food was fabulous. I had the brussel sprouts and the black ink seafood pasta. My partner had the burrito salad and the scallops. If we do return, we would have them again. The service was quite spotty. Our server would disappear force extended periods of time. If the management can possibly learn how to manage reservations, as most restaurants do, we would go back again. (Takeout may be a much better option.)More infoSan MorelloPrice: Moderate• Italian• Detroit•4.6
- AAlexNew Orleans / Louisiana •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoRussell, our waiter, was the nicest human but also had great recommendations. Filet is 10/10. Lamb chops, very good. Drinks were amazing. They turned down the music a little for our larger table to hear each other. Vibes were lovely and highly recommend this spot.More infoThe Statler French American BistroPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Detroit•4.3
