Over his many years in Oaxaca, TJ cultivated relationships with local craftsmen, artists, mezcaleros, cooks and farmers throughout the region. Claro is dedicated to making everything by hand, including the masa, cheeses, chorizo and moles. My friends and I found this place randomly after a concert one evening and we have gone back several times. Each time it has been such a good vibe and there is always delicious Greek food. The Sangrita is so refreshing and perfectly blended. The appetizer we always get is the Guac which comes with fried pita and pomegranate seeds topped with feta crumbles. Highly recommend this place. The staff was super accommodating as well. I look forward to coming back!
