Mr. Tolhurst…Bravo! You have done an amazing job of creating such an inviting experience for everyone that walks in to the restaurant. Here’s another freebie “excellence is not a mistake“ and the Restaurant screams intentionalism from the time you walk in and you’re greeted, to the people that seat you at your table, to the cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the food, the time in which it’s delivered , etc, etc, etc! I can’t say enough good things about our experience tonight. But I will just say thank you very much for laboring so diligently to give us one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The most impressive meal in Vegas!!! The food and service were 💯 The only thing that could make this better would have been a table side visit from Bobby Flay himself! We were able to select our red snapper directly with the fish monger and it was grilled to perfection!!! And whatever expresso martini you’ve had in the past … I’m just telling you to throw it straight in the trash, because Amalfi has THE ONLY real recipe - FAAAAACTS!!! Do not miss this dining experience on your next visit to Vegas! 😘

On our day that we flew home, we had reservations @ 4:30. We arrived at 4:25 and they sat us immediately. We ordered the Blue burger and the Fish & Chips...and they were excellent. While I didn't eat the Blue burger, my better half said if was very savory and the blue cheese wasn't obscenely strong. She really enjoyed the burger. The figgy jam really complimented the burger as it lent a sweet accent to the overall taste. My fish & chips was also amazing. The fish tasted wonderful, and the tartar sauce and the vinegar soaked onion strings really made the sandwich shine. We had a great experience, and the staff was friendly and prompt.

First time for breakfast after coming many, many times for dinner. Our party ordered the crepe du jour, corned beef hash and the breakfast sandwich. Each was unique and delicious. The crepe was very large with seasonal berries. The sandwich had a “too die for” green goddess sauce. The corned bee hash was tender and tasty with Yukon golds (we opted for scrambled instead of poached eggs). Josh was very attentive without “interrupting”’our experience. He kept the drinks full and checked in as necessary. Highly recommend.

Great meal & wonderful service. Especially enjoyed the pistachio sponge cake dessert.
