Always good food and value for the money and good service

We had the most wonderful time. Not only was the food terrific, but our waiter, Julien was excellent and so attentive to our needs. When we were leaving, he was so worried about the icy conditions outside the restaurant and made sure we got out safely. A terrific experience overall!!

We were there for a special occasion with a large party (20+ individuals) for Saturday lunch. We were tucked into a fairly private location. Service was outstanding by the server (Joseph), food runners and manager (Marcel), who were always coming back to check our drinks, pick up plates, and carve more meats! They also helped us prepare the cake we provided for the celebration. The salad bar and hot food selections were great and filling (so don't overdo this, if you plan to indulge in the rodizio). And don't forget to enjoy the Coelho Brazilian Grilling Cheese (with honey) and the Brazilian grilled pineapple! The staff was attentive and congenial.

Cocktails before dinner, Manhattan and Old Fashion were great. Server was attentive, friendly and engaging. Food arrived promptly and was delicious. Went early on a holiday evening and atmosphere was upbeat and over dinner grew to modestly noisy though it never impacted conversation at the table. Holiday Pre-fixe menu was a bit on the pricey side but good value for a special event. Look forward to going again.

We love the Saddle River Inn…it is our favorite restaurant to celebrate our birthday, anniversaries and special times. The food is always expertly prepared with amazing flavor. The service is flawless and the atmosphere superb.
